I absolutely loved this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the city center where we wanted to be, and close to everything in the city center. The rooms were cozy and had fantastic views, even though mine didn't have a window. The service was top-notch with a friendly staff member assisting us. However, the manager spoke to me in a very rude manner, which was quite unpleasant. Dining was outstanding, especially with the additional option of a bacon roll included. The facilities were excellent, and I had a lovely time enjoying them.

I found the hotel to be quite a mixed experience. The rooms were not the best due to the thermostat being fixed at 28 degrees and no option to open windows. The glass bathroom setup doesn't make it convenient for sharing with a friend. Mold around the shower was also an issue, but on the bright side, the price was reasonable. The service was a hit or miss, with one friendly staff member but another being rude and disrespectful. Despite these setbacks, the hotel is nestled in a great location, near many key tourist sites and offering good value for the price.
